Nigeria spends N30.5bn COVID-19 funds, palliatives from Banks, Citizens in 4 months

The Nigerian Accountant General, Ahmed Idris, has given details of how the Government spent N30.5 billion on efforts to curtail COVID-19 between April and July. The amount, checks by Platforms Africa showed, represented 84 per cent of the N36.3bn public funds and donations received by the Nigerian Government to tackle the pandemic. How Ogun 527 motocycle, vehicle accidents killed 109 In 8 Months

Authorities in Nigeria’s Ogun state have given details of how over 109 persons were killed in 527 road crashes involving vehicles and motorcycles in the last eight months.
