Nigerian government surrenders to Varsity lecturers, replaces IPPIS with UTAS
The Nigerian Government has sutrendered to lecturers in its Universities over positions on payment platform, Integrated Payroll Personnel Information System (IPPIS). Instead of IPPIS, Abuja declared plans to consider the adoption of the University Transparency Account System being proposed by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
