Nigerian Lecturers’ Union has given a stern warning against reopening of universities due to the second wave of COVID-19 in the country. Branches of the Academic Staff Union of Universities on Sunday, according to a report by The PUNCH, assessed COVID-19 protocols in the universities and said the institutions were not ready for safe reopening.
