  Nigeria has lunched Upstream Cost Optimisation Programme (NUCOP)   The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) on Tuesday deepened its drive to sink oil production cost in Nigeria to $10 per barrel as it already secured backings from critical stakeholders. Panic as Ebola resurfaces, kills one in DR Congo

    The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) announced a new case of the Ebola virus, months after the outbreak was declared over in the Central African country. This has heightened fresh panic across many African health institutions.
