How twin explosions rocked Nigerian opposition party PDP’s secretariat

  Details have emerged on how twin explosions rocked the secretariat of the Nigeria’s major opposition party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Southsouth Nigeria. The edplosions were caused by dynamite detonated in a Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) parked in front of the secretariat at about 3pm during the councilorship primaries of the party.
