  Nigeria’s Former Minister of Women Affairs, Hajiya Jummai Alhassan, (Mama Taraba), has died in Cairo, Egypt. Platforms Africa gathered that Alhassan has been hospitalised in Cairo for an undisclosed ailment before she died on Friday afternoon. Former Vice Preaident Atiku Abubakar, who confirmed the death of the former women Affairs minister, expressed shock over the death of Aisha Alhassan, who was also a Senator.
