Despite fears in some quarters that fossil fuel will become irrelevant in the next few years, the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) yesterday said downstream investments in Nigeria and African countries would gulp N1.5 trillion from 2021 to 2045. Importers of Liquefied Petroleum Gas, popularly called cooking gas, have stopped importing the commodity into Nigeria, a decision that is worsening the price surge nightmare for Nigerians.
