The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, has won the presidential ticket of the party.
Tinubu is to face former vice president Atiku Abubakar, a flagbearer of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP); Mr. Peter Obi, the candidate of Labour Party (LP) and others.
In votes sorted from 27 boxes, Bola Tinubu won with 1,271 Votes while Rotimi Amaechi was in distance second with 316 votes. Vice president Yemi Osinbajo was in far third position with 235 votes.

Other votes showed that Ogbannaya Onu, 0 votes; Dave Umahi, 38 votes; Ahmed Yerima with 4 votes; Tunde Bakare, 0 votes; Rochas Okorocha, 0 votes; Yaya Bello, 47 votes; Chukwuemeka Nwajubs; 1 vote.
The ballot casting exercise to determine the fate of aspirants, which was carried out by 2,340 delegates, started at about 2.40 am and ended at 7.45 am.
Tinubu has won more votes from most of the boxes counted so far.
