“A Yahoo boy has graduated to the king,”
A first class monarch in Lagos, Oniba of Ibaland, Oba Suleiman Adeshina alias “Jafo Authority,” has caused reactions on the social media as the video in which he bragged about his gold chain while dancing to a song by hiphop artiste, Qdot, has gone viral.
Platforms Africa reports that the young monarch became the Oniba after the demise of his predecessor, Oba Goriola Yishau Oseni, who went to join his ancestors on the 25th of May 2020 after a successful 45 years reign.
The viral video on Instablog showed the first class monarch bragging with his gold chain while dancing “recklessly” to hiphop.

This has been greeted by reactions from the social media users.
“A Yahoo boy has graduated to the king,” Praise Bassy, a Facebook book user, said.
“The king na jaiye man na,” Ajewuihe Arinze Henry added in a reaction to the video.
“Don’t joke with king Jafo Baba,” Harrison iwundu, a fan of the king said.
“Oba to jaiye ju,” olawale Aina added.
“People keep commenting out if ignorance so is it forbidden to be happy around your people,” wb Babyboi idowu olayiwola, said in admiration of the monarch’s conduct.
