Osun 2022: Oyetola Loses Govt House PU To Adeleke, PDP Leads +RESULTS

The Incumbent Governor and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gboyega Oyetola, lost the Government House polling unit (PU) to the Peoples Democratic Party Candidate (PDP), Ademola Adeleke. Adeleke is in early lead in most of the results from polling units. The PDP candidate polled 117 votes to defeat Oyetola who polled 106 votes at the government house polling unit. Nigeria’s Vice Presidenr, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, has been hospitalised. Platforms Africa reports that Osinbajo underwent surgery in an Abuja hospital on Saturday. It was learnt that doctors carried out surgical procedure on the vice president’s leg where he sustained injury.
