Lagos Varsity Lecturer, Jide Jimoh, Now A Professor of Journalism

What the Kogi-born new Professor of Journalism said after his confirmation by LASU governing council

 

The Governing Council of Lagos State University (LASU) has confirmed the promotion Jide Jimoh, Ph.d as a Professor of Journalism.

Platforms Africa reports that Professor Jimoh who made this announcement on his Facebook page deckared hat his elevation as a Professor is now official.

“It’s now official! The Governing Council of LASU met today and confirmed my promotion as a Professor of Journalism. What can I say unto the Lord? All I want to say is thank you Lord,” he wrote on Facebook.

Jide Jimoh

Jimoh, who hails from Kogi state, North central Nigeria, is an alumnus of University of Ibadan (UI) and the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
