The Chinese national, Mr Geng, had been dating Ummukulsum for years before she dumped him to marry a Nigerian suitor. Tragedy struck last night in Kano when a Chinese national simply identified as Mr Geng fought his way into the home of his ex-girlfriend, and then stabbed her to death, eye witnesses say.
