According to ECG, the development has affected the purchase of electricity credit for customers on the platform.
The affected areas are Volta Region, Takoradi, Tema, Cape Coast, Kasoa, Winneba, Swedru, Koforidua, Nkawkaw and Tafo.
A notice issued by ECG on Wednesday said engineers are working to resolve the problem.
