Revenue collection by Electricity Distribution Companies, DisCos, is showing a steady growth while electricity customers on estimated billing space kept going up despite ongoing smart meter deployment intervention initiatives by the Federal Government. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, NBS, estimated customers stood at 5.91 million in Q3 2022, higher by 1.09 per cent from 5.85 million recorded in Q2 2022.
