The managing director of Abuja Electricity Distribution Company, AEDC,Adeoye Fadeyibi has resigned his position following a board meeting of the company.
He has also been replaced by Christopher Ezeafulukwe,* the MD/CEO of Transcorp Energy.
Different industry sources revealed that this development has been officially confirmed.

One of the sources simply states: “Important Information, Dear Comrades, this is to officially bring to our notice that rising from a meeting with the Board and EMT this morning, it has been officially disclosed that our dear MD/CEO *Engr. Adeoye Fadeyibi* has resigned his appointment effective yesterday upon the ratification during the board meeting.
Consequently, another MD/CEO in the person of *Mr. Christopher Ezeafulukwe,* the MD/CEO of Transcorp Energy has been appointed as his replacement and presented today.
