The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Friday sacked Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf, declaring Nasir Gawuna as the lawfully elected candidate in the March 18 election. The Federal Government has arraigned the immediate past Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr Godwin Emefiele, on a six-count charge bordering on alleged procurement.
