One in five players at this year’s Women’s World Cup were targeted by online abuse, according to a study released Monday by FIFA and the FIFPRO global players body. The findings emerged from analysis of 5.1million posts and comments relating to 697 players and coaches taking part in the tournament in Australia and New Zealand. Central Bank of Nigeria Suspends Processing Fees On Large Cash Deposits

The Central Bank of Nigeria has issued a new directive to all banks, other financial institutions, and non-bank financial institutions, suspending the processing charges previously imposed on large cash deposits. This change, referenced under the “Guide to Charges by Banks, Other Financial Institutions, and Non-Bank Financial Institutions” dated December 20, 2019 (FPR/DIR/GEN/CIR/07/042), affects deposits over N500,000 for individual accounts and N3,000,000 for corporate accounts. CAC To Delist Over 91,000 Companies Over Infractions

The Corporate Affairs Commission is set to delist 91,843 companies for failing to file their annual returns with it. In a list published on its website, the commission listed 91,843 companies for delisting (2,738 less than the 94,581 it initially published in August). This is still less than the initial 100,000 companies that CAC said it would remove in an earlier announcement.
