Duport Midstream Company Limited has appointed a new Company Secretary, effective immediately. The decision was reached during the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on the 18th of January 2024, chaired by Mrs Mobolaji Kuku, Chairman of Duport Midstream Company Limited. The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Command of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has confirmed the arrest of a suspected notorious kidnapper, Chinaza Philip, who had been terrorising the FCT and its neighbouring state. Rights violation: Court Orders Police To Pay N50m Damages To Abiola’s Wife

An Abuja High Court sitting at Gudu has ordered the Nigeria Police Force, NPF, to pay the sum of N50million to Prof. Zainab Duke Abiola, wife of the acclaimed winner of the June 12, 1993 presidential election, the late Chief MKO Abiola, for violating her fundamental rights. The All Progressives Congress (APC) has ruled out an automatic ticket for Lucky Aiyedatiwa, governor of Ondo, for the forthcoming election in the state.
