“Omorapala escape,” fans react to news, expect new album after recovery
Fuji music star, Abass Akande Obesere, popularly known as Omorapala, has narrated how he cheated death during a surgery.
Platforms Africa reports that Obesere who disclosed that the surgery procedure was life-threatening, expressed gratitude to God.
In a post on Instagram on Saturday, Obesere revealed that the surgery almost took his life, but he escaped death by the whiskers.

He wrote “The Almighty Allah has been merciful to me. I escaped a surgery that almost took my life but Allah said NO!”
His post sparked an outpouring of well-wishes from fans who were grateful for the successful surgery and wished him speedy recovery.
Some fans while reacting to the post prayed speed recovery for the Omorapala maestro.
“Alhamdillilah. Get well quick Omorapala, insha Allah” Taofeeq Jagun, wrote on Instagram.
His view was corroborated by another fan who identified himself as Segun Bandele.
According to him, the news is considered a good news by all the fans of Asakasa fuji creator.
“Just imagine if the news is other way round. It would have caused untold sadness. But we thank God for the life of Obesere. All I can say is thank God,” he wrote.
“Omorapala escape is the next big thing. Get well quick baba, We will continue to pray for you. After your recovery, we will be expecting a new album by His grace,” Bandele added.
