Energy firm, Axxela, has reacted to the ownership dispute, which erupted on the land meant for its gas plant Umuseti Community, Delta State.

The company, in a statement to Platforms Africa, maintained that the land in question was acquired following rigorous due diligence and in full compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
