Radio broadcaster Oriyomi Hamzat has tendered an apology to singer Naira Marley and announced that Agidigbo FM will resume playing his songs, ending a two-year ban on all Marlian Records music from the station.
In September 2024, Hamzat banned songs from Naira Marley and his label following the controversy surrounding the death of former signee, Mohbad. At the time, allegations surfaced linking Marley to the incident.

Following Naira Marley’s vindication, Hamzat offered an apology, stating that he regretted his earlier stance and decision to prohibit the artiste’s music on air.
He further confirmed that Marlian Records songs would once again be played on Agidigbo FM.
