A veteran aviation journalist, Wole Shadare, has won the Aviator Africa Award In South Africa.
Platforms Africa reports that Shadare, who edits the aviation page of New Telegraph, won the digital content category of the award.
He announced this award on his verified Facebook page on Monday, pouring eulogies on those who voted him for the laurel.

He has, on multiple occassions, won the prestigious Nigeria Media Merit Awards (NMMA) among other laurels in Africa and across the World.
