Experienced Coach Manu Garba has admonished football pundits comparing Victor Osimhen and legendary Rashidi Yekini to stop it, arguing that the Osimhen is not yet up to the late Yekini’s standard.
The World Cup winning tactician, however, admitted that Osimhen can still reach and even surpass Yekini’s standard in terms of goals if he remain focused, and had injury-free career.
“Presently, they are incomparable and each of them is in a class of his own. Osimhen was the FIFA U17 World cup highest goal scorer and has age on his side and if he remains disciplined, resilient, focused and injury free he will be one of the great strikers,” Many Garba told Bunmi Blair Media.
