These include Dr Adekunle Tinubu (personal physician), Tunde Rahman (Senior Special Assistant on Media), Temitope Ajayi (Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity), and Damilotun Aderemi (Senior Special Assistant On Private Secretary), and Toyin Subair), Senior Special Assistant on Domestic).
Demola Oshodi is the Senior Special Assistant on Protocol while Toyin Subair is the Senior Special Assistant on Domestic.
Other aides to the President are Yetunde Sekoni, Motunrayo Jinadu, Segun Dada, Paul Adekanye, Wale Fadairo, Sunday Moses and Taiwo Okonlawon.
Meanwhile, this list has generated mixed reactions from some Nigerians.
While some people criticised the list for being too heavy with people from Tinubu’s south-west region, others argued that the posts of aides are best given to conpetent allies and close confidants.
For instance, a popular activist, Deji Adeyanju, tackled President Tinubu on his Facebook on Sunday.
Adeyanju said, “What kind of tribalism is this? Almost everyone on this list appointed by Tinubu is Yoruba. Out of 20, 15 of them are Yoruba, gosh!”
