Oguche has joined other top women journalists across Africa for a workshop, which marks the first phase of the fellowship expected to end with full sponsorship of a pitched story.

A visibly elated broadcast journalist in a reaction to the fellowship poured eulogies on the Platforms Africa forum, an e-Community of intellectuals, opinion leaders and policy moulders in the continent, where she first came across the link and application information on the fellowship.
She is a member of the leading group established by multiple award-wining journalist, Adeola Yusuf, on WhatsApp to fight misinformation, create and sustain a cycle of informed Africans.

“Deola, I got the gig. Thanks. You are doing an incredible job my friend. God bless,” she said in message to the Platforms Africa group Admin.
