Leading Montessori School in Nigeria, Platforms Montessori School (Facebook: @ThePMSOta) Ota, has sucured the full approval from the Ogun State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
A Letter of Approval issued by Director, Primary Education, Mr. O.A. Erinle, on behalf of the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry, obtained by Platforms Africa, showed that the school, known for its high educational and moral standards, has been “graciously granted provisional approval.”
This, the ministry said; is because the school met all the “guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology on the establishment of Private Educational Institutions in the Ogun Education Law Cap 35 of 1978.”

The letter of provisional approval with reference number UPE/P:38/6079/115, is addressed to the Proprietor of the School, Mrs. Fateemah Adeola-Yusuf.
Adeola-Yusuf, in an acceptance speech, stated that the endorsement from the authority is a call to do more.
“Ours, at the Platforms Montessori School, has been a Culture of Excellence, and this provisional approval is a testimonial to the high standards Platforms Montessori School has been known for over the years.
“We have set out to play an active role in the formative age (years) of boys and girls who are morally and academically sound.
‘We see this important divine assignment as Trust (Amanah), and we shall do everything within our capacity not to betray this trust,” she said while showing appreciation to the parents, members of staff and other stakeholders.
“We have dutiful and committed peofessionals as teachers, we, in the same vein, are blessed with esteemed parents who are always willing to support our noble course of raising the bar of edicational and moral standards for the children. On this note, we appreciate God, the Almighty, for being our rock and pillar, we appreciate all members of our team, and, we sincerely thank our parents.
“We stand, still, on our promise to even do more for the kids you love!” She concluded.
