A Grade A Customary Court sitting at Mapo in Ibadan has dissolved a 13-year-old marriage between one Durojaye Akingbade and his estranged wife, Olabisi, on grounds of stubbornness and sexual starvation. Pronouncing the marriage dissolved, the Court President, Mrs S.M. Akintayo, held that the petitioner was no longer interested in continuing with the relationship and that the court could not force him to continue.
