A Grade A Customary Court sitting at Mapo in Ibadan has dissolved a 13-year-old marriage between one Durojaye Akingbade and his estranged wife, Olabisi, on grounds of stubbornness and sexual starvation. Pronouncing the marriage dissolved, the Court President, Mrs S.M. Akintayo, held that the petitioner was no longer interested in continuing with the relationship and that the court could not force him to continue. Banks’ Customers Now Pay N6 Per SMS Transaction Alert

Banks will commence implementing charges for alerts and other short messages (SMS) communications to their customers at the rate of N6 for every SMS transaction with effect from today.
