Veteran actor, Dayo Adewunmi, popularly known as Sule Suebebe, has been feared dead. The Yoruba top actor, who had been bedridden for months reportedly died in the early hours of Wednesday at an undisclosed hospital in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital. The news of his demise was announced by a popular Ibadan-based cleric, Pastor Ademola Amusan, a.k.a. Agbala Gabriel, in whose care the late thespian had been for some months. LASU Secures NUC Accreditation For 44 Courses

Lagos State University, LASU, has secured National Universities Commission, NUC, accreditation for 44 courses following an exercise conducted by the body in October and November 2023. The Vice-Chancellor of LASU, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, made this announcement in a statement made available to newsmen on Tuesday, in Lagos. The recent outbreak of cholera in Lagos State has killed five residents as 60 others hospitalised.
