‘$100,000 Each, OON Honours,’ Tinubu Rains Gifts On Nigeria’s D’Tigress

President Bola Tinubu has conferred national honours on all members of the D’Tigress for winning the 2025 Women’s Afrobasket in Cote d’Ivoire. The president also pledged $100,000 to each of the players and an additional $50,000 to members of the technical crew. Vice President Kashim Shettima, who represented Tinubu at the event, announced the rewards while receiving D’Tigress at the presidential villa on Monday. Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo- Olu has disclosed that the state government will commit N5 billion to the construction of the permanent orientation camp of the National Youth Service Corps in the state.
