The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and Femadec Energy Ltd have commenced the training of 100 youths on industrial assembly and installation of pre-paid meters. The kick-off ceremony of one month-long training was held recently at the Femadec Yard, Lagos.
