  Samuel Adekoge, a student of the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria,  has reportedly committed suicide. Platforms Afrixa gathered that Adekoge drabk some chemical substance after losing his school fee and that of his friend to an online betting platform. The Deputy Registrar, Public Relations, Sola Abiala, who confirmed the incident, said the school quickly referred him to a specialist hospital to save his life but he was pronounced dead at the hospital after taking chemical substance. Three Nigerian men have been accused of global sexual extortion that led a teenage boy in the United States to commit suicide.
