The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Mr. Nyesom Wike, has signed 5,481 Certificates of Occupancy (Cs of O) between August 2023 and December 2024. The minister’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Mr. Lere Olayinka, made the disclosure in a statement in Abuja, on Tuesday.
