One Ibrahim Lateef has reportedly been beaten to death by one of his neighbours over N4,500 in Abeokuta, Ogun State. The suspect, identified as Wasiu Oyekan, allegedly punched the deceased in the neck hence he fell, hitting his head on the ground. According to eyewitness, Oyekan accused the deceased’s son and one other boy of spoiling his Play Station video game while playing some time in August. Bua cement, on Sunday, announced the reduction of ex-factory price of a bag of cement from N5,500 to N3,500. In a statement by the management of the organisation, there would be further reduction in the price after the upon completion of the ongoing construction of its new plants.
