“Declare vacant and advertise position of any lecturer that refuses to resume work” Edo state governor Godwin Obaseki has suspended all union activities, including the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), from all state-owned institutions of higher learning. Nigerian Poly Lecturers suspend 2 months’ strike

Nigerian Government had offered to release N15 million for revitalisation of polytechnics and monotechnics   The Nigeria’s Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP) has suspended its two-month-old nationwide strike.
