Lagos, Dec. 1, 2023 – For Dr. Aminu Maida, the Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive of the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC), the just concluded ITU World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC) 2023 was a successful outing. The conference, held in November 2023 in Dubai, United Arab Emirate, provided a platform for telecommunication regulators, operators and experts to discuss issues affecting the global telecommunication industry.
