The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics has faulted a document, titled: “Schemes of Service for Polytechnics,” released by the National Board for Technical Education. Shammah Kpanja, ASUP President, said this at the end of the 110th National Executive Council meeting of the union.   How whereabouts of N20bn tax deepened bickering between ASUP and Nigerian government    The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP) has vowed to keep gates of Federal Government-owned polytechnics across the country under lock and key as its industrial action hits 32 days.
