Leader of the pan-Yoruba sociopolitical group, Afenifere, Chief Ayo Adebanjo is dead. Adebanjo’s family confirmed the development in a statement made available to journalists on Friday. The statement was jointly signed by his children, Mrs. Ayotunde Atteh (nee Ayo-Adebanjo), Mrs. Adeola Azeez (nee Ayo-Adebanjo), and Mr. Obafemi Ayo-Adebanjo.
