The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Monday received a 12-member delegation from Benin Republic’s Autonomous National Electoral Commission (CENA) who visited on a study tour. INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, received the delegation from Benin Republic alongside other top officials of the commission at INEC headquarters in Abuja.
