The National Industrial Court ordered the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) to go back to work. Platforms Africa reports that the Court made the order on Wednesday during the hearing of the suit filled by the government against ASUU. Justice polycap Hamman, delivering ruling on the interlocutory injunction filed by the federal government, restrained ASUU for continuing with the industrial action pending the determination of the suit.
