The Colleges of Education Academic Staff Union (COEASU) has insisted on the migration of academics in tertiary institutions to the University Transparency and Accountability Solution (UTAS). UTAS is an ingenious alternative pay platform innovated by ASUU. The President of the union, Dr Smart Olugbeko, made this known in a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja on Thursday.
