The Jigawa State Government has suspended the Commissioner for Special Duties, Auwalu Sankara, for allegedly sleeping with a married woman in an uncompleted building. A statement by the Secretary to the State Government , Bala Ibarahim on Saturday stated that the Governor, Malam Umar A. Namadi, approved the immediate suspension of the commissioner pending an investigation into allegations made by the Kano State Hisbah.
