Shareholders of Conoil Plc, Nigeria’s foremost major petroleum marketer, have approved a final dividend payout of N1.73 billion for the 2023 financial year, of N3.50 on every 50 kobo ordinary share. A statement from the company notes that the shareholders gave the unanimous approval at the company’s 54th Annual General Meeting held in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, at the weekend.
