Ex-Delta Deputy Governor, Amos Utuama, Dies At 77

Former deputy governor of Delta State, Professor Amos Utuama, has died at the age of 77. Utuama, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) who was born on June 5, 1947, died early Saturday in Lagos. Utuama was deputy to former governor Emmanuel Uduaghan. Before that, he was the Commissioner for Justice and Attorney-General of Delta State under the administration of former governor James Ibori.
