Chief Edwin Clark, popular leader from the Nigeria’s oil rich Niger Delta has described the newly-passed Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB), as satanic, unjust and embarrassing. Clark, a former Federal Commissioner for Information who leads the Pan-Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), maintained that the passed PIB which is ready for harmonization had dashed the hope of the people of the Niger Delta.
