Professor Tunde Samuel, one of the trusted ally and top political strategist for Nigeria’s presidential hopeful, Bola Tinubu, is dead. Sameul, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Lagos State, is a prominent member of the influencial Governor Advisory Council (GAC), the elite group that determines who becomes what in Lagos APC politics.
