Napoli has reached an agreement with Galatasaray to sign Victor Osimhen on a one-year loan deal. The Nigerian international was unable to complete a transfer deal to Chelsea just before the transfer window in England closed and subsequently missed out on a move to Saudi Arabian team, Al-Hilal.
