The Nasarawa State Police Command has arrested two suspected rapists who allegedly forced themselves on a 15-year-old girl and had unlawful carnal knowledge of her. The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ramhan Nansel, in a statement on Friday, said the suspects took advantage of the victim because she was deaf.
