The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) on Monday, shuts the premises of Access Bank, the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Ibro Hotel and Total Energy in Abuja as part of an aggressive enforcement action to repossess over 4,700 properties revoked due to long-standing non-payment of ground rent.
