The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) has reactex to a video clip where someone claimed to have bought a dark liquid for petrol from one of its outlets, declaring the claim as false. Platforms Africa reports that this was contained in a statement by NNPCL spokesman, Olufemi Soneye.
