Lagos State Emergency Agency (LASEMA) has given details of how a 25-storey building collapsed in the high-brow Ikoyi part of the Nigeria’s commercial capital. Spokesperson for the LASEMA, Nosa Okunbo, wgo confirmed this to Platforms Africa, declared that his agency is on top of the situation. “A 25-storey building collapsed by Musliu Junction, Ikoyi, Lagos.
